this is only a sample of the sprite sheet that i am going to use in my " Introducing SirPongo" flash.................it's still incomplete as i have to make his legs and hand gestures (including the sacred one-up finger)also i will be doing Freakin Alex sprite sheet (a.k.a me).......................as part of the flash that i have writen down

Cool. Wish I had Flash. I'm stuck making frames for GIF files rather than a a flash animation.
Though this kinda reminds me of crast test dummies that I have seen before....... and also my old "friend" Tough Kelly ( Friend, with extreme sarcasm cause he bloody weighs 90KG and we had to carry that dummy round in training exercises ) before assembly.
