It's been a while since I've worked on anything because I've been playing so much Mario Kart 8. I made myself one of them pesky spiny blue shells. Still needs wings which I'll get to eventually.Related content

I didn't write anything down unfortunately. The top of the shell is made up of 6 hexagons surrounding 1 big hexagon.

MK8 is great! The visual blew me away when I first booted up the game; I kept driving off the track because I was admiring the backdrops, etc ^^"
Hate the damn blue shells as ever, but at least there is a way to defend against it now... if you're lucky enough to obtain the necessary item. This is great by the way xD

The game is beautiful and it's so crazy detailed! Nintendo did a really great job with this Mario Kart and I'm enjoying it a lot more than I did on Mario Kart Wii. I like the balance of the items this time around. Even though there are blue shells, they're not as rampant and getting the boom box has a pretty good chance as well.

Couldn't agree more. Sometimes, I still can't help but admire the scenery, especially some of the retro tracks. THEY. LOOK. SO. GOOD. NOW. I enjoyed MKWii, but not as much as Double Dash and definitely not as much as this new one. Balance of the items definitely seem a lot better too, except the green shells... they seem so much more potent now! Haha. What's your favourite track?

I really like Sunshine Airport. I also love Yoshi's Valley (I never had a N64). Bowser's Castle is fun too.
