I think this is well done, in a creepy sort of way. I think it's because the suction cup 'top' and her expression and body language don't go together, in my opinion. I think, if I had something like that attached to my breasts, I would be largely uncomfortable and it would show in my expression and body posture.
Don't get me wrong, though. I *LIKE* the fact that something is out of place about this picture. Details that attract my attention make me remember that work of art better. I think it's that way with all art.

I am glad that the "out of place" caught your eye. I would like to point out though that this girl more along the lines of a cyborg/android and therefore probably doesn't feel uncomfortable. But I do get what you mean.
