She is from DB Fighter Z. Another "Android" I would call her a Cyborg with Cell's combination of cells and Buu's cells. If I think about it I believe only Cell and Android 16/android19 are actual androids, while 17 and 18 (Lapis and Lazuli) would be Cyborgs, and this one here would be a Cyborg too?On facebook~
