I made this strip for #GemarProject2014 held by Hijabographic and Syarekat Kreatifiyah Indonesia. "Gemar" stands for "Gerakan Menutup Aurat" (in English : "Cover Your Awrah"). This project basically encourage Indonesian artists and designers to use their talent for da'wah. There were three categories for this project : Illustration, Comic Strip and Typoghraphy. I entered two entries, comic strip and illustration. I'll post the illustration next

This strip has been selected as one of the best of the project~! I was soooo happy when the Hijabographic team texted me to check my email and also informed me that one of my entries has been selected as one of the best

Okay, now off to the concept! The comic strip's concept is; remember when you're a kid, there was a phase where you always copy what adults do? Hence the comic title, "Copy and Paste"
