Was the Apple logo really necessary? It's nice but you do know it is also the most controversial companies ever is.

It's fine, but normally I prefer a simple square instead. You may never know there are some clients want to buy one from you. But of course, orders can be changed like the square and even Vinyl's pose of course.

I'm never fond of Apple anyway, I'm really against it. I'll choose Winamp instead.

I like them both, they both are good at different things. Windows does more programs,Apple usually does them better. It's all just about what you need and how much money you want to spend.

But Mac doesn't mean is has good graphics, PC can do good graphics too. Well, you know what they say, Apple can be quite boastful, a lot more boastful than Trixie when it comes to their "achievements" and "inventions". Speaking of inventions, they're all nothing but stolen technology and also patents them as their own, worse, software patents which are controlling the market illegally when other software company uses them too. You might reconsider on what they're doing as I have been tracking them almost 24/7, and I can tell you, they're evil, so much wealth and only nothing but their own gain including a yacht while also a record of Foxconn suicides, a single big donation in 2012 doesn't make them they care, it's only 1-shot and then back to hurting competitors through the courtrooms again.

Well, It is easy to assume that and to follow apple because they are a massive company, but, though most of the ideas are "stolen", the products themselves are technically original products. One thing I would like to inquire about your comment though, is what products are you talking about? (and what was with the yacht (boat?) and foxconn? Seemed entirely irrelevant.) I may not be the most researched on macintosh history and such, but what I do know is that most companies do the same thing. For example, google will start selling the "google glasses" in a few months, and they patented the little things that keep glasses on your face (the little bendy things on the bridge of your nose). And quite a lot of their software is very original, including AudioUnits (A type of plugin for music that only they use) and Logic pro (one of the most used DAWs). I have searched everywhere for a DAW like logic, and there were none (other than garageband which is also made by apple, it just sucks).

And as I said, I like PC too, mostly for the software and such though, not the OS, or actual computer.

Really? Original and most innovated companies. Watch this one. [link] At first I thought Retina is their original product they made, BUT it was taken from Toshiba. The ideas ARE 100% stolen, not so called "stolen", many analysts and hardcore phone fans and app developers knew about that too.

Speaking of Google Glasses, I saw a patent which what Apple will do will sue others.
[link] . Once the glasses go on sale, Apple is going on suing spree against Google and their partners! Samsung is their jealousy which must eliminate. They charges people with very high price license while they REFUSE to pay cheap negotiated license from their competitors. ALL MONEY FACE! Even rounded corners, rubber band effect & Slide to Unlock are also patented, the book turning special effect meant for tablets also been patented to avoid been stolen, software patents CANNOT be patented and not meant to be patented. They even patent things which HASN'T been created or shown a prototype. What they did is out of monopoly which can turn competitor's products to become inferior and Samsung is not scared of Apple, hence the continuing share price drops while Google rises to $800 per share. Microsoft did monopoly in the 90s but what they did was heroic to save the people and business' wallet by creating the PC against the highly priced Macs, Apple almost bankrupt which what Apple regretted, today, it's completely illegal like the Nazis want to conquer the world or the Soviets spread communism. I bet they got moles inside the USPTO in order to just approve, I've seen countless patent news, most of them are nothing but Apple's illegal monopoly movement, Google & friends patent their own stuff for the sake of self-defense against Apple and no longer what it used to be in the old days of what patents and trademarks would do, Apple has tons of money and free time to do all the illegal patenting whereas competitors are busy with other electronic divisions. iPhone 5 is nothing revolutionary, it's just taller, not even 720p or bigger than 4 inches, as a proud 4.3 inch screen from a Galaxy S2, it does make difference for bigger screens. And today, I still don't get it why people still buy, this is buy just out of the book judged from its covers rather than the inside, I for once, take the inside tour of Android too, and it has more potential, also far better than just jailbreaking a device, which I will do it even if I buy or won from a lottery. Function is better counted and as long as it works, then it should be fine. Why should I buy an expensive product and yet has little functions unless jailbroken, moreover, when it crashes, Apple loves to dishonor their customers, my brother's girlfriend's iPod when it was broken, she took it to an Apple store and they demand money for repairs, EXCUSE ME? It's still under warranty and it should be GODDAMN FREE to repair. So in return, she asked me for help on choosing a new non-Apple device.

They made a donation last year with a big chunk of money, but I tell you solemnly, my charity and church friends told me this is not God wanted to see. They do have a point, because if the charities and good-hearted people want to respect you, you should be like Bill Gates, continue to work on charity, don't just one-shot and then back to the suing spree and monopolize the market with invalid patents. I call them the anti-Christ of the digital world for a reason. Many people expected Tim Cook to improve Foxconn's condition with all that wealth they have, but so far, nothing! All they did is to prevent the workers from suicides and fights instead of giving them better wages, better food to eat including comfort to work with. They still continue to treat workers like machine instead of human beings. And then, their main wealth in use is meant for not competing fairly in the market, more likely in the courtrooms as well as spending things FOR themselves like Steve Jobs' yacht and other things which only helps themselves, thus leaving the poor and pitiful people from poor countries left to suffer badly.

Garageband sucks? I thought their loops were good, I wanted one for PC too very badly when I was in college, but damn, they're just selfish. Most loop makers I saw don't have loops at the ready like Garageband did, I hate composing my own, so I... had no choice but to use loops for my animation projects back in my college and university days.

All in all, sorry for the huge rant, even if you don't read it other than my last paragraph, but I tell you, my journal mentioning Apple's evil doing will only continue to hurt the world. Anybody including myself possesses an Apple device is already consider a sinner and the only way to get rid of that sin is to throw it away in exchange for something else. Jailbroken is ok but it's not enough. Imagine we always kill the animals for things like shark-fin soup, animal skin products like handbags and coats, I feel bad for the animals and yet people continue to buy them courtesy from the hunters' services, and thus continue the killing. Apple is the same "hunter and killer of animals" too, the more we buy, the more they'll continue to do illegal things and the Foxconn workers continue to suffer.

I read most of your comment (haven't clicked on the links yet) and I understand what you are trying to say. I hate Iphones, and would trade one for an android any day, and even though Apple is supposedly "the anti-christ of the digital world," I still like their computers, because they are good computers. And though I own a Apple computer, I haven't payed one cent to them, and in fact have stolen quite a lot of money from them through torrenting and free downloads and the like. I didn't even pay for my computer, it is a powerbook G4 (a friend gave it to me), and Apple refuses to let anything be supported on powermacs anymore, which irritates me.

Steve Jobs was actually a great person, and did do a lot to help other software companies when he was still alive, and all of the suing other companies for minor things started once he gave power over apple to other people. I will admit that when steve jobs was alive, and still making new things himself, he did get ideas from other companies.

So, I guess you could say that I liked apple until around 2006. But, you can't sway me from saying that they make great computers, even if the ideas and everything else about them is stolen, they still make good computers (not ipods or iphones, I hate those). Would you not agree?

i can't believe that the only thing that you thought was good from apple was garage band and it's loops. There are many other and better daws and loop producers for PC, and I would have to say that anything that has anything to do with audio, or almost anything else software wise, Apple will always lose.

I just did a little reading about foxconn, and it seems to me that they are the real antichrists of the digital world, seeing as how they basically force their workers to work overtime, and most likely have some legally binding contract saying their workers can never leave. I don't think that the problem with the workers goes as high as Apple, because they just tell foxconn to make the computers for the devices and buy them, seeing as how many other companies get stuff from foxconn.

So, I guess that I do agree with you, that apple may not be the best people, but I don't think that foxconn incidents have much to do with apple. Also, I'm no animal rights activist or anything, but that really wasn't necessary about the hunter and animal thing. I respect everything that you have said, and have to say, but could you please stop with the church and sin and god stuff? I don't think that anything that allmighty god wants matters too much to him, because he could do whatever he wanted, but yet allows people to kill ad rape and disgrace him (I still believe that a god might exist, but no longer cares about humans and our ever more digital world). But that's just my opinion, and I'm still in high school, so it isn't all that great of an opinion I guess :/.

Steve Jobs in the past, yes, a good person including he founded the color monitor and also involve in Pixar. But today, not anymore. He gained power as a CEO, but power also corrupts. With great fame, the market or Wall Street cannot do anything or to see he's monopolizing the market illegally including creating "cannot-be-approved" patents.

As far as Foxconn goes, yes, it's horrible to look at when they don't get a lot of pay, Apple treated the same way as other companies did the same too, I'm also pretty sad that Samsung also deal with Foxconn as well. But with Apple being so rich, why invest with that crappy yacht when you have the money to invest in treating the workers better?

Hey, it's a free country. So I know which example can go with which one, and anti-Christ is really a strong word, so I use it with rights. So overall, they're equivalent to Disney's Scrooge McDuck but only more tyrannical. As for the donations back in 2012, one big donation does not equal to being Apple is good, Bill Gates is actually the good and real living hero to admire. We all don't care how much money people donates, it's the heart that counts and keeps on doing it non-stop, Apple did just once and then stopped, here's one last reference I can give you and ask yourself, which person God admires, the wealthy man only gives $100 to charity OR the beggar has only $1? Apple did it once is NOT a good charitable company, Bill Gates Foundation and keeps on doing it is what it's counted.

The true answer to that, is that god doesn't care, because he could give as much as he wants, yet he doesn't give anything. It is much wiser for the rich person with a steady income to give to charity, than the poor person, who most likely would be receiving from that same charity, to give some of their money. Also, I don't know if you have very much perspective on how much a yacht costs, but it isn't that expensive, bill gates most likely has one as well. Anouther thing that seems odd about everything you have said, is you say that you watch apple all the time, yet you hate them, PLUS from everything that you have said, it seems like you thing that steve jobs is still alive, but he isn't. he died in 2008 (don't quote me on that I'm not 100% sure that was when) and he also no longer owns a yacht, because he is dead. And personally, I don't care about foxconn workers as much as people who don't have any money. I don't think you have ever been in that position, but it sucks to he homeless, more than it sucks having a low wage job. Think about construction workers and Painters, they do more physical work at work in one week as most people do in a year, yet they get paid just enough for a family to get by on. Maybe if you try helping small companies, instead of bashing on big companies, you might get somewhere.

What's wrong with all that? Do they burn your mind literally? Someone said he hates entering into a church because he can't stand it, why? He told me an excuse and scared it's all alleluia bullshit, it's more like people love the dark side. Are mosques and temples also consider as irritable and bad for health?

I don't defend because I'm one, I state it because it's appropriate enough to use. Their company is so filthy rich and yet they only benefit themselves including the various lawsuits, don't you think these things they done are very *changed word* bad.

AND I said it earlier, FORGET ABOUT IT! Don't reply back on this one, I don't want to hear another and waste time feeding stupid comments. You know I hate Apple and then deal with it. It's a free country, if I say that I hate Apple, so what? Defend it like a fanboy would?
