Description Jack Parton is an old childhood friend of our favorite bounty hunter Ricky "Driver" Joe. They went to the same schools together, and they hung out a lot. He was nicknamed "Nice Bakugo" due to his similar resemblance to the My Hero Academia character Katsuki Bakugo. As his nickname suggests, Jack is a very nice guy and isn't hotheaded like his explosive MHA counterpart. He was born with ice powers and has went to hero schools with his friend Ricky. When the two graduated, Jack signed up for a famous hero school for college students called the San Jose Hero School, located in San Jose, California while Ricky moved on to be a racer instead. However, Jack would occasionally visit his old friend whenever he got the chance.

Jack was there when Ricky had his near death experience on February 13th, 2054. He was horrified to watch his friend crash like that, and he thought he lost him forever. Then relief came to him when he saw his friend wake up and regain consciousness. Ever since that incident, Jack didn't want Ricky to race again. But he knew he couldn't force his friend to give up on his racing career, so all he could do was hope for the best as he returned to California and continued his studies in San Jose.

Sometime in February of 2056, Jack would notice that his friend Ricky is racing in the thrilling SCAR races as a bounty hunter. He was surprised to see this, but then he started to take interest in those races. Shortly after the discovery, Jack would buy a 1977 Phoenix Trance Am, modify it with today's technology, and join the next race. Ricky was not participating in this one, but he was surprised to see that his childhood friend was now participating in the same races he was in, but was rooting for him nonetheless. Jack wins the race, and Ricky would celebrate his friend's victory.
