Awesome! I really like Pinkie as a Pegasus but an Earth pony too, but the Pegasus part amuses me. Sometimes, when I see Pinkie as a Pegasus it makes me think of her development, Surprise.
Applejack as a Pegasus is really cool to me and I think she'd get business done much faster. Though, in my mind Pegasus Applejack's name would be Flapplejack.
Twilight as a Pegasus? SO EPIC! I think she'd be a good Alicorn, but still. I think Twiflight is a great name.
Rainbow Dash as a Unicorn is so awesome 20% cooler! I think she wouldn't really like it, but running is really fun. Plus, MagiDash is a really cool name.
I've never thought of Fluttershy as a Unicorn because I haven't seen it before. But I think she'd make a great Unicorn. If I was her, taking care of all those animals would be hard without magic. I think it'd be easier to take care of them with magic.
Now, Rarity as a Unicorn, is almost a typical Rarity to me. 
But anyway, this is really great pixel art and I love the swaps instead of swapping it another way.
