My skill all in 0.7 and don't know any of the techniques to be good in 0.6 .I might ry my hand at making a good weapon in 6 but there is no way I could make it into J-Tac right now.

Good call, J-Tac is pretty hard to get into. And that's from an 0.6-exclusive builder, mind you :-P
Best hone your skills extensively before trying out. A lot of J-Tac builds take a lot of time to make 'em as good as they can be.
Having said all that, I'll keep an eye out for an eventual trial
