I spent a good portion of my morning going back and re-reading Nico’s moments in the first Percy Jackson series. He’s changed so much, it’s almost painful to read. Nico, where has your Mythomagic innocence gone? ;^;

I agree but I like to think that in the future after everything is said and done, that he can find a way to be happy and come to know all the other demigods. It's good to acknowledge the past but if you dwell on it you'll never move on. That lesson is perfectly reflected on Nico in the books.
