Argh, PS crashed on me
Managed to make a quick screenshot (at least I was working relatively zoomed out) before it crashed all the way. Have to redo some parts of it now D:
Result of experimenting with colors, gradients and textures.

Do you make this in fotosoep? *amazed* What kind of brushes do you use? Love the hair.

I use an edited version of one of [link] brushes, with about 8 to 15% flow.
The textures are the standard photoshop textures, I just needed something to make it look less slick. Layered them on and used screen or multiply, whatever looks best.
The hair is painted old-school, then textured and then a gradient on top with another multiply

It captures clean lines a lot better then illustrator. Illustrator often makes lines too clean and then they end up looking rather.. dead-isch
