This was originally posted on my Tumblr on Halloween 2013. I'd have waited until Halloween of this year to put it here but that's a little too close to Pokemon Sun and Moon, so up it goes.
Also, why isn't there more Sycamore tickle art?! He's hotter than Primal Groudon, for Arceus' sake!
So is Kukui but I'm gonna take care of him when Sun/Moon comes out
