His cutie mark is a paintbrush with a bone for a handle, and his talent is, obviously, making intricate paintings (often super-sized, preferably on cliffs and mountainsides, though he can make regular-sized ones as well), using his tail to create detailed penstrokes like a built-in paintbrush.
