This is the Sprite sheet of one of the main characters from Retropokon, my Youtube review show: Wai the Wacky! He appears in the Anti-Cinema Time reviews as a main reviewer, and usually makes cameos on other episodes. The character is based in the characters from Joy Mech Fight for the Famicom, but the sprites are completely custom except for the pallete used.
