Includes Turles, Nappa, Bardocks Team, King Vegeta's family line: King Vegeta, Prince Vegeta, Prince Tarble, Prince Trunks, Princess Bulla(Bra). Bardocks lineage: Bardock, Raditz, Kakarot (Goku), Gohan, Goten, Pan. Paragus and his son Broly, and lastly Cell (because he has the Saiyan Blood of both Goku and Vegeta). Gohan = Half Saiyan....so thats Saiyan DNA....Pan is 1/4 Saiyan, yet a still a Saiyan she makes. And If you delve into GT both Goku and Vegeta Jr become Super Saiyan even though they are at most 1/16 Saiyan. According to Dragon Ball Online the Saiyan race is extinguished about 150 years after Goku and Vegeta's final battle to the death, give or take. So my argument stands firm that if you have more than 1/16 Saiyan DNA you must be technically a member of that race/species.
