this is a hinata base i just wanted to make...lol~Here are the rules~

the reason why i want to see the picture is to see if i did a good job on my base.

umm you want to use Ms paint of course....you use bright green to outline the lines and the dark green to make the shading.also use the bright blue for shine.once your done,go to file and click 'save as'.then put a tittle in and then save in 16 color bitmap.make the eraser larger and erase all the color except bright green,dark green,and bright blue.the top mini square for the color thingy should be the color you want to erase and the bottom should be white.the when all the color is gone,make the bottom color square black and top bright green and turn the green into black.color in the dark green shade area and the bright blue areas.once thats done,start coloring and that should be it.is you need any help ask okay?the rest should be easy though.maybe saterday i can go to your house and help.:/ its hard to explain.or go to YouTube and search"Naruto Oc tutorials"
