Description After listening to Moves like Jagger by Maroon 5 I was inspired to draw this. The full title should have been "Look into my eyes and I'll own you" which is a line from the song but character limitations and all that cut it short.

So instead of drawing any random couple I decided to go with Percabeth from Rick Riordan's Percy jackson and the Olympian's series. While Rick never covered too much detail on their relationship I think we all know where it's going. So let's just put these two around age 18-19 so no one thinks it's inappropriate and I even added a camp bead to reinforce the idea.

The books are by Rick Riordan and are now split into two series. If you are interested in looking them up the first book is Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The lightning Thief. You will also probably find in your search that there is a movie associated with this book but I personally didn't like it since it strayed a bit too far from the storyline. And as they say "The book is always better".

It looks great- I don't normally go crazy with favoring Percybeth pictures (because they're *everywhere,* not because I don't like the couple) but your rendition looks so good I'm definately going to fave it. I really love this picture. There are a lot of great elements to it. You put in all sort of little details: the waves, the moss on the rock, the wrinkles in their clothes, even the knots on their necklaces! Not only that, but I love the way this picture seems to freeze in time. It makes you feel like you're right there in the moment with them.

Thanks for the great feedback! The books always mention the camp being near long island sound so it seemed perfect to place them right on the coast. I'm glad I added alot of the details I think it helps to define their characters and the scene a bit more. I'm even happier someone notice them!
