This little tiny strip is far simpler than I use to post about my dear fellow Smeagol/Gollum...Why?
It was made on request of a costumer who wanted EXACTLY THIS. A strip of very simple drawing where Gollum/Smeagol was to just catch a fish in five frames...was to have funny faces in it, and dialogue. I was tempted to have it mute because I found it funnier....but no use. A request is a request, and the costumer's always right, right? ^^u
This thingy is going to be accompanied by five small clay reproductions of what happens in each frame. Rock, character and fish, as to set it all up in a shelf, the little figures just before their respective frames. Let's see what I come up with...I'll be uploading the rest of the project soon!
DISCLAIMER: Gollum/Smeagol is obviously NOT MINE. He belongs to Tolkien estates and New Line cinema, as far as I know! ^^

heheheh probably! I just wanted to emphatize it was Sméagol the one talking here, not Gollum...that's why the "I", it's an usual indicator that Sméagol's the one speaking according to Tolkian...when Sméagol's beinh honest, that is

I haven't been drawing him because I felt more inspired to draw other things and characters...
I have written and drawn so much about him that I felt it was time to give him a well deserved rest for a while, but that's all...I'm going to still draw him from time to time! ^^

My brother... I feel sorry for him... he can't get through any book... he hates descriptions for some reason... I can barely to get him to even read my screenplays and they have the most bare descriptions ever b/c they're screenplays... he hasn't even read my book
He tried to read LOTR one time a long time ago and got stuck somewhere on the first page...

Poor thing...
Then...poor you too. It's awful having nobody where you are to help you discern whether you're going right with your writings or not (Been there...here where I am hardly noone cares for what I draw or write, or feels any interest in it...luckily I get feedback here on DA)

Well, I have trouble getting quality feedback on my book nowadays b/c my one friend who was helping me a lot is SUPER BUSY... I hardly ever get to see her 
I still wanna Skype with you if you ever get the free time and we can figure out the time difference issue

My dad has some tanks with fish in them. I have often wondered what my success would be if I attempted to reach in and grab one. Too bad I don’t have Sméagol's reflexes.
