Hmmm...not a bad idea...I sold a Smeagol figure to gumandpeanuts17 weeks ago...She even posted a pic of her holding it up high!
I'll try to keep on doing it...whenever people want, of course!!!

I went to her page to see the little sculpture. Judging by her lovely smile, I think she is very pleased with her new Smeagol sculpture!
Paypal seems to be what most artist and craftmen prefer payment through. Here, ebay, and on fivver,
I buy using Paypal here, and on ebay, but haven't sold anything that way. It is just an idea, maybe one to think about if you want to sell your crafts, artwork online

I think you have reached a professional level with both your art and crafts. It is awesome that you keep striving to improve too.

I have no clue as to what people want. My fellow person is usually a mystery to me.

You sell your crafts quickly. I think you have a good idea of what people want and like!

Hm...I've never thought about it!...
I mean, I never did market research or such...I just draw and sculpt the things I like and "feel"...
Some people sem to respond very well to them!...Though, there's always the others, who would ask :"What do you make this weird stuff for?" and laugh when you say it's your job...meh.

I'm always struggling to improve...
I've got a long way ahead, yet.
And yes...people are a mistery.
At least, "regular" people. I never understood them...though even the normallest of them end up buying something from me sometimes...

You love doing your artwork and crafts. You are making money at it. What could be better than that?!
I DO think that your art, and craftwork is at a Pro. level. I went to a big craft show in Branson Ms. I saw just about every style artwork, and craftwork that you can think of Your crafts are up there, even better than most. I mean Pro artist, kiddo, not just Hillbilly stuff either. You are there! You have the desire to improve! That is all good!

She does all sorts of crafts ect. If you visit her gallery, tell her I sent you! (I think you'll like her stuff) She doesn't do incredible Smeagols/Gollums, but you will find some dragons.

My owlets are made in cold porcelain, too. It's a kind of modeling paste, dries with air and requires no heat and no kiln.
Loves that material!!!

I think that they sell that in Dick Blick, an air dry clay used in doll making? I have always thought about trying it.
An airdry clay alot of craftsmen air talking about here is Paperclay, made from plant cellulose. I tried some, and liked it.
I really love your precious little figures, I wish I didn't live so far from you. Anyway, you already know that I love all of your wonderful artwork.

I tried paperclay once...though the pre-made one they sell around here has a horrible quality. It's all crumbly and dries very slowly.
Such a shame...
The cold porcelain, though,is a fine material, and here, at least, is quite cheap...I would reccomend you to try it!
I'll try and see how is it called in english...perhaps you have a different name for this product...dunno!

What a shame that the Paper Clay your recieved was dried out! It works with water though-so maybe you got a bad batch-sorry hon!

The porcieline clay sounds great. I might go ahead and try it sometime. I am not fond of sculpy though.
