What's up everybody? ^^
Happy holidays! I come by with a quite particular upload: this would be my very first attempt at a semi-realistic Skeksis portrait!
This drawing wouldn't have been possible without a sort of small "secret Santa" game we shared with two closest friends here in DA (you two know who you are! ) so this one and the next portrait I will be sharing in a couple of days go to them!

You, my friend who got this one portrait: This drawing would've never been possible without your encouragement, kindness and most loyal friendship! Thank you for always being there!

This portrait of skekUng the Garthim-Master was made with acrylics on regular black card, and even tho this technique (no outlines, trying to work from just volume, lighting and colour over a black background) was new and a bit intimidating to me, I'm quite happy with how it came up and the friend I gifted this to was gladly happy as well! ^^

I hope you'll all like this grumpy old fellow (here, I wanted to make him a little more amused than hee usually looks) -I will be back soon with one more portrait *and, who knows? I might try for more in a future if time allows!*
