since the weeb bean FluffAndTrash616 was making anime-esque ocs i made a full ref for mine

Full name: Kishiko Tomoe
genderfluid, any pronouns but used to she/they (she doesn't care anymore)

Moody and mercurial, dislikes loud noises and talking to people she doesn't know well

Her hair changes color with her mood to represent different stages of the sky and clouds:
- when moody it turns darker and stormier
- when happy it becomes poofy and white/blue pink
- when calm or asleep it clears up/light blue
- when sad it rains onto her shoulders
- when angry, it turns dark and stormy with flashes of lightning
