Squid Victorious' arch nemesis. (Using the design he was shown in, in the most recent issues of SV) It was thought that their rivalry did not start until Victor became the symbol of Squid-like authority he is today, but that is not true! Infact, they're rivalry started many years ago, back to their days in high school. One fateful day at lunch, young mild-mannered Victor Kraken made the grievous error of eating Phineus T. Harlequinn's- (Death Jester) -microwave burrito. Upon returning, Phineus swore bitter revenge upon mild-mannered Victor Kraken for his misdoing, knowing that, because of him, he would never again enjoy the delicious tastes of his bean and beef burito...

Unfortunately, the pain of his loss proved to be too much for Phineus and he was soon driven to insanity, where he grafted a mask to his face and drank himself into oblivion! Once he finally awoke in a gutter outside of pittsburgh, the only thing Phineus could remember was the face of mild-mannered Victor Kraken. Over come with rage, Phineus swore that no matter what it took, he would hunt down and destroy the foolish squid-like man for devouring his favorite snack, and on that very moment, Phineus T. Herlequinn forever became... Death Jester!
