EDIT: Resized due to it was too large before and I got kind requests to make it smaller...
This is my first attempt to cure my artist block... and since nothing good came to mind and I needed to post something this is what happened. @_@ There are so many mistakes out of me being in my block. This is what happens... when I'm in my artists block not only do non-interesting ideas come to mind, but when I do draw I make loads of mistakes and am too lazy to fix them... @_@ I dunno why this is so.
So walla. I am aware that their shirts are teh same color as the background... @_@ I didn't know what to put and it looked better then just white or some funky pattern... the girls are random and aren't intended to be put into any future picture. If they do... then I suppose I ran out of ideas. @_@

I open a blank canvas on openCanvas, sketch out my lineart, and I am usually too lazy to clean it up and just start coloring from then. 
You're probably thinking I sketch on regular printer paper, scan and then outline and color and yadda yadda... I used to do that... I dun have any works in my gallery of that method though.

wow, its great, at first, in the small view i thought it was riku and namine.. 0.o but anyways, nice pic and if you made the one on the left boob-less and darkened the eyes a little, you could have a riku, lol

You have a real talent for subtle, effective shading. I've been noticing this throughout your work. It really give the work a 3 dimensional seamless shapeful look. And this is coming from a photography/arts student too.

Lovin the eyes! Eyes that have no pupil are blank and mysterious. The shading is awsome as well. Not that I want to add of your little beating-yourself-up phase, but the head of the orange-girl looks a little squished, ran out of room?

Hi there! I see you've got a new drawing here
Yeah, having artist's block is not fun, lemme tell ya >_> But it's better to at least be drawing SOMETHING than not drawing at all.
And this image is pretty interesting! I like the complimentary blue and orange colours, which can connotate to being water and fire
And the black clothing blending in with the background looks okay, it helps to give more emphasis on the characters' faces and hands, which are a lot more interesting anyway.
As for the size of the image, I think it would look better at half the size (800 x 500) or smaller (but not too small

Yes I wanted more emphasis on teh characters' features. The white background or tones/design in the background wouldn't do... and I like that whole water + fire thing you said.
