Yes, NON-FREE members can use in their deviation descriptions. Just find it in the emotes using "Add Media".
I have tested it and the best way is by using the keywords dot. You can always just type in my name to find all the resources that I share but it can be a lot so using at least one other keyword will help narrow them down.

To use the one DA makes, you can find them in the "Add Media" option when you are working on writing a reply/comment.

If you look to the right of this, you can see a share section with a lot of little buttons underneath for other places you could share it such as twitter, facebook etc. At the end of that row of options there is a little down arrow, click on that and the thumb code will show up. Copy paste that and ta'da you have your code to show this wherever you want to use it.
