This time it’s a Gastly and not only did
I try for something a little more Cartoony and Childlike then usual…it’s a Shiny Pokemon!!

Wow, gotta say I have never had anyone compare my Art to Arin's before, I was a little worried that I went a little too simple with this Design at first but not anymore. (btw big fan of the Grumps too : ) )
