Sorry about the delay. Writing this was, well... harder than it looks. I had to make a decision about how Papyrus would react to seeing Gaster.
Opinions on Gaster's character vary very strongly from what I can tell. One question that seems to be popping up a lot if whether or not Gaster deserves forgiveness... which has never really been a question to me. The answer's always been 'yes', though I do hope for some redeeming actions. In the beginning of the comic, Papyrus asks Gaster 'Why are you calling me that?' not because he doesn't remember him (his memories are returning slowly), but because I think it'll be Gaster himself who names them. He knows their names, after all.
Well, here's hoping!

Papyrus very much tries to focus on what's happening. He tries to make sense of it all, although not very successfully. He still doesn't have all the pieces to this particular puzzle.
