I think, judging by this interpretation of Ruggles, he could trip up carpets by using his magical antenna. Or, it could have a gravitational pull on carpet.

Absolutely! The primary function and design you’ve come up with work out well. The first series are more or less simple “house hold helpers etc” experiments ans your design and primary function seem to work well for the series it’s in. Not saying this green experiment doesn’t/couldn’t/shouldn’t be included in the list or that he wouldn’t work as ruggles, but my opinion is that your design, to me, is better suited for the primary function and name than this one. That being said, if you chose to make this experiment ruggles I’m cool with it either way.
