This is interesting. Nice design. According to Jess Winfield, he revealed to another fellow follower that Twang was designed to annoy people on Jumba’s home planet by singing folk songs while explaining the misconceptions of Bragg’s number in the Japanese and English Dubs of the anime.
Your take is good too. Some of these functions you came up with for Twang could play a contributing factor to annoying others.
