. His eyes flash purple when causing the hypnosis, and experiment 029 can scale/crawl walls.
. His effects are undone as soon as he leaves his wearer's head.
. Also, experiment 029 is capable of hypnotizing the first 28 experiments, but none made after him.
One True Place : As a decorative crown for certain festivals.
