Special Abilities :
. Experiment 076 is a development of experiment 069.
. Experiment 076 drinks the water in order to heat it and then drains it through his pipe like tail back into the basin where it came from.
. Experiment 076 is a large experiment that can hold and heat a large volume of water within its body.
. When the water is at the correct temperature steam comes out of the opening on top of its head.
One True Place : At a health spa, As part of the sauna.

You know what is surprisingly odd about this design?
According to the the Stitch database, Bath Matt is designed to be a bathmat; however, this design looks more like a boiler than a mat.
But it is a cool design, though.

He looks like a big walking boiler or steam train.

Ironically, Bath Matt looks more like he belongs in a laundromat as suppose to a water-heater.

hmmm I never thought of that, That could have been a good place for him as well. I may have to keep that in mind if i create an experiment with a similar function to him.

From what I can tell he was one of those experiments that was caught off-screen; like Stamen, Tickly-Tummy, Fudgy and a few others I don't remember. Oh, I remember those Gantu captured like Thresher, Hammerface, Plasmoid, Heat, Hunkahunka, Amnesio, Angel, Nosy, Felix, Fibber etc.
