. When she is up in the sky she can create a cloud to surround herself and then creates thunder and lightning in order to make the perfect storm.
One True Place : As a farmers pet, Waters the crops in a drought.

You have to remember that there are plenty of experiments that are able to float/fly without wings and she happens to be one of them.
Also please remember that this is my fan made experiment and therefore i can design it any way i want, So a comment telling me what it should have without any other additional comment to justify your suggestion isn't very constructive...

Personally, I thought she was doing it the same way some of those Chinese Dragon Experiments did it back in the 2017 series. Granted, how he was able to pull it off prior is kind of a mystery, but I'll choc that under being a fluke.
