Actually, I think I can be of service in that regard.
By the sounds of it, Strata stands for Stratosphere, and therefore has a power regarding this. And in this case, creating gusts of wind powerful enough to rocket one into the stratosphere! Not cause hurricanes like Phoon or Blowhard, but propel one high into the sky.
His one true place is most likely as a parachute simulator. You know, one of those machines that test people trying out for skydiving?

Also, I'm in the works of a new RPG. With Dinoboygreen temporarily disabled, I've had to remake Time of Giants from scratch. In exchange, though I think I've come up with a better plot and better characters. The only thing that remains of the old RPG is Tonya Strong, and that's because I liked the idea so much I didn't want her to go to waste.
