Description: Upon evolution this Pokemon steals the first trash can it finds and for some reason it is not possible to capture a Splumster with out one as the Pokeball just gets absorbed into its body without a solid mass to connect with.

I really like the designs, but I think I'd rather Splumster borrowed an actual trash can rather than a 'trash can like shell'. It just seems wierd cos it even has a 'handle' which makes it look less natural. Also, since Splax uses a paper bag I think it would flow better if that element of borrowing human objects was continued.
Apologies if that sounded picky, I really do like the designs, it was just the description I found a bit confusing.

I completely agree, I only gave that description because I couldn't think of anything better at the time but your comment has pushed me to come up with something better and for that I thank you and I hope the new description is to a better standard.

lol! I don't want you to think you have to meet my standards... or that I even have any in the first place The new description makes more sense now though, interesting point about needing a solid mass to connect to, I hadn't considered that before!
