Ah you knew this was to come sooner or later. I just love Scout, he's such an adorable little guy. He's like one of those characters that you find adorable, like a little five year old cursing in a church. Stuff like that.My reference came from, "Meet the Scout" video.
As you can see I worked with watercolors again. I looooove watercolors now. NExt comic I'm making is totally gonna be completely traditional, and the only digital thing that's gonna happen to it is that it's gonna be scanned. Again, Screw You Photoshop! (If I offended any photoshoppers, I apologize. I praise anyone who can work that stuff. Unfortunately I cannot.)
Optional Reading!: I had a crappy day today, wallowing around in my head. I just.... eh... It's not that great. I don't think I can make it through the rest of the schoolyear... not well, anyway... I have no idea how I'm gonna get a good score on my AP World History exam. I hate studying, I hate it, and I really don't know how to push myself to study.
I don't know what to do. I just want summer to come. Summer means time, and time means drawing, reading, and... relief. It is the craziest feeling once school finishes and summer comes. It's like this feeling that has been burning in the back of your mind is extinguished for three months, three blissful months of not worrying about homework, tests, or how I'm going to raise my grade in math. It's just pure relief and calmness. I miss that.
Anyway, here you are, deviantart. Proof that I can somewhat paint/draw.

I totally agree with the description, from the Scout being adorable to the wonderful feeling of having no worries when summer comes. Great picture btw, I can't paint to save my life nor can I use any computer programming very well but oh well XD I try

YEs, they demand so much!
I was having troubles just letting go this summer. Y'know, I'm the type of person who hates being unproductive, but also likes to sit around. Then just a few days ago, I had this realization- It's summer. I don't have to do anything, so why should I?
Now I don't care if I haven't done anything. It's a break, and that's what it is supposed to be.

I was the same way, for a while I felt like I had to DO something because I wasnt used to being able to just relax so I kinda had trouble convincing myself that I didnt have to worry about having homework due or a project coming up or something. Unfortunately, I do have summer homework which is eating away at me because summer is so much shorter for me this year and I have to read a whole book then write about it and Im worried ill be down to the wire at the end of summer, it seems I cant really relax after all because just thinking about it is making me worried but also angry that we STILL get school work during summer

I know, I got AP US homework and AP Language. I gotta read 3 books and annotate them, then the first couple chapters in my History book. Ah well...

Eh, I do bunch of different stuff. You can look around my gallery if you want, although there isn't much to look at, haha... I tried digital work, but I can't get the hang of it, so I'm turning to more traditional mediums right now. My favorite medium is pen and ink, along with watercolor, which I used right here.

will have to try it out!! i using soft pastels at the moment and i love it!!! am addicted! i thinking of using oil paints next heard there very good !

Ooh, I love soft pastels! They are so beautiful. Oil paints are great too, make sure you layer though. First make an underpainting of monotones, so basically like a sepia photograph. Then, with turpentine-dilluted paint, go over in layers with the color.
