Watches the Snowfall was built on top of a frozen mountain. Due to the now frequent snowstorms caused by other iterator emissions, two other iterators were built nearby, Listens to Nothing and Orchard of Trees, using the massive amounts of water she created from melting the ice.

WtSF is not the senior of a local group, but she is within the small trio she is in with LtN and OoT (like moon and pebbles), thus gaining seniority admin privileges when communicating with them.

Not having a city on top of her structure, the ancients deciding to not construct overseers for her. She purely relies on diagnosis systems and information from the few of OoT’s overseers or LtN’s Enforcers that visit her. OoT has sent several messengers to ferry pearls, though not often due to the steep climb.
