Hello, I'm sorry if I offend you or anything. I just thought I'd leave a bit of constructive criticism here for you to improve! I think you have a lot of potential as an artist :3
I think something you need to work on would be better anatomy. The head is adorable but the shoulders are a bit too low and the legs are too far apart. Also, you might want to try and have a shorter neck. If you're struggling with poses and such I recommend first starting by just drawing headshots and practicing drawing a body separately until you're confident enough to complete a body shot. I don't know what you use to draw, but whatever your using I recommend using layers to your advantage more. And for the shading, you should probably try a more flat shading instead of such a dusty airbrushed looking shading style (for now anyway).

Haha, Thanks. I actually drew this on my phone. I think its just the resolution of the picture. And I'm actually a lot more happy and confident with my body skills then i used to be. And i do use layers. Ill try my best to improve!
