Charlie is a... odd sort of man. He's a very cheerful fellow, make no mistake of that, but he seems to be missing a few gumdrops here and there. Absentminded is the nicest way to put most of his mannerisms. Though aside from this, he is a very enthusiastic individual as well as a very happy one. Sometimes his cheerful attitude can make people uncomfortable, but he never means offense with anything that he does. To those who have stuck by his side long enough to call Charlie a friend, he is a most loyal ally and there whenever and however you need him. He is selfless, and some would say far too much so. Nevertheless, his upbeat personality on life can be infectious and many would say they were inspired to fool the toot of their own horn just the way Charlie does.

-Backstory-

Eloise and Charlie Sweets lost their mother when they were still fairly young. Their father was a military man, nothing fancy, but it was something they were all proud of. Because of this the two Sweets siblings often had only each other to rely on. Their summers were actually spent in the company of their cousin Cocoa in the Meadow Kingdom, which is almost like a second home to them. Later in life, the two lost their father to the service and they fell back to relying on each other to get by. Charlie aims to follow their father's past and works as a foot soldier while Eloise took up the domestic arts. They are a hardworking pair of siblings who are now more apart then they would wish to be, but they still are proud of the other.

Charlie's mother never really told her or his sister much of her past. They each would make up fantastic stories about what kind of past their mother may have had. Eloise was convinced as a child that their mother was a former noble who spurned her title for the love of their father. Charlie on the other hand? It definitely had something to do with pirates.

Charlie is the older of the Sweets siblings

Charlie is protective of his baby sister in his own way. He knows there is no force on this earth that could hold back Eloise Cordelia Sweets, but he knows how tired she gets. When he is home, Charlie treats his sister like a princess, often calling her by that title as well.

Charlie is a formidable opponent on the battle field, wielding his giant lolly as a war hammer. He is most well known for his odd battle cry, which can always be heard as Charlie was never a quiet man.
