I mean. I COULD just let my OCs be happy, but. Where's the fun in that?

30+ years after Ellire and Daaniik parted ways , Daaniik has seemingly gotten her life together. She hangs up her sword and opens a jewelry shop instead. Ellire Mal Dovah Greenleaf, my beautiful trash daughter that she is, went in a very different direction. Eventually rumors of an elven assassin going by the title Mal Dovah reach Daaniik, who is heartbroken to learn that Ellire helped to make her a better person, only to go on to become even worse than Daaniik ever was. Despite clearly being past her prime, Daaniik sets off again to try and find her wayward friend.

It's been such a long time since they've seen each other, however, and half-elves and dragonborns unfortunately age rather differently. Not recognizing Daaniik at first, Ellire shoots first and asks questions later. (In the last sketch I drew her with Cullen because that's what happened in Inquisition and I have yet to design all the characters for a completely original version of her story.)
