Started binging this and it is fascinating! When it comes to Sol it is quite something to try to gauge his endgame. He has a sort of sinisterness about him, but what he's saying here does convey wisdom. Eithne's gonna face a lot of personal challenges between Sol and Anju.

Sol is def an interesting character; he serves kind of like a father/mentor figure to Eithne, and even thought his intentions aren't good, that doesn't necessarily mean he's wrong or lying about everything.
