Description
Frozen fan art. Tried a new technique, which worked out surprisingly well for me- especially since I've been extremely rusty of late. I'm really pleased with this! Hopefully I can continue to improve and get a handle on this new style.
Frozen and Elsa, obviously, do not belong to me. I merely use the subject matter as a way to practice my skills.

I started with a sketchier base drawing and hatching with a flat bristle brush and then went over that various sized watercolor brushes in paint tool SAI. The hatching blurred very nicely and melted into the shading I needed and ended up looking much cleaner than what I was originally having it look like.
