I can't believe it's been 20 years since this lame character came to be. I'm not sure who this character was supposed to appeal to but judging by it's low issue numbers, I'd say, NOBODY. Don't get me wrong, he looked cool back then, and this one with your flair makes him look cooler, the stories in the comics made him look more like a chump than a hero.
