Neji's cool, so my mom told me try dotted shading, and I guess this is what it looks like. Kind of interesting I must say, not my favorite technique, but it works.Related content

haha, that part was during that battle, but that was when he was showing naruto his cursed seal on his forehead, but he definitly has long beautiful hair! hehe
