I think it's Bob Klose. He was in the original Pink Floyd lineup when they were still called The Tea Set and left prior to the recording of their first album.
Another former bandmate was Chris Dennis, who was (very briefly) the lead singer of the band before leaving due to disagreements with Roger Waters. Plus he didn't think that the band was going to go anywhere and he wasn't a fan of the music.
