I did a more basic map before that just included girls on the NA Server pre-chapter 10. People asked for a more comprehensive map and so here we are. I had to come up with a method to crop the portraits in a consistent way. I eventually used their wrists as the left to right reference and left 5% space above their head. I tried to keep it so the bottom cut-off was just around the waist.

Counting it up… this took nine hours to download, crop, paste, and arrange all the portraits. There’s, I think, one-hundred and one girls here.

Sankyo and Chuo don’t have any new Arc 2 characters so far. Yachiyo, Mifuyu, and Ikumi have each graduated. Kyoko doesn’t go to school (aside from the Rebellion movie), but it would feel odd not to put her in the Quintet. Some others didn’t have a uniform or a school listed in their bio, so they weren't included.
