I altered this to be a plain functional chart. I moved all the quips and notes to an ANNOTATED VERSION .

I spent a lot of time totally redoing the layout and positioning of the previous chart . This one should be easier to read. I focused on the inter-group connections. Feedback is appreciated.

I had underestimated Emiri, Manaka, and Kako. It seems the three of them together are some kind of intelligence network with ties to most of the girls in Kamihama.

With the previous chart I was concerned with leaving space for people to write quips or notes about the connections. With this one I just wanted to make it as clean and uniform as I could.

I swapped the positions of Akanegasaki and Holy Quintet. It made some things neater and muddied some other connections. Probably better on the whole, though.
