Yeah they did. But the funny thing is that if they sell the rights to any other company that Superman wont have flight or some of the super relatives and some other powers because they were developed under DC

Yeah, that's what I heard. What's Superman these days without Luthor, Kryptonite, or even flight? If the Siegels did sell Supes to Marvel or someone else, it would be a much different character than what most people know Superman as today.(since a lot of people don't know Supes didn't have a lot of that stuff originally).

Even if they sold it to a movie studio, it wouldn't be the same. I think WB will get it back, and the Siegels will be dumb to let it go on for too long.
