Fourth Row: Haymitch, Effie, Finnick, Annie, Johanna, Mags
All of the people in green shirts are tributes from the first one, and everyone in blue shirts are tributes from the second one. i left out a lot of people, but I had fun.

I just finished the first book and kinda staring the second book of the trilogy! That picture is so awesome.. Rue looks so cute in it, too..And I like how Foxface has fox ears.... xD

oh, Thanks! I read how he looked in the book and it say's NOTHING about him being drunk. He keeps to himself, is quiet, and has the same dark skin and eyes as Rue. It was fun doing this one because of all the people I could put in it
