They're both good, although I prefer P4 more than 3.

As for the picture, there are a couple issues that I can see: one, the eyes on female MC are huge, and when next to Marie who has smaller eyes, it becomes even more noticeable. I suggest reducing their size and spacing them out a tad. Also the eye facing use, since her head is turned 3/4, it should be slightly squished, with the iris being slightly thinner due to the curvature of the eyeball.

Second: their bodies are really rigid and box-looking. It's mainly because of their shoulders, MC on the left has shoulders that are too broad, Marie's shoulder in the back is longer and broader than the once facing us. Her arm that is holding the sign is also very oddly angled, the hand cannot hold that position comfortable, and the sign handle looks like it's cutting her arm in half. Try having the handle overlap her forearm. Also MC's hips are perfectly horizontal, while everything waist up is tilted - give her more of a curvature in how her hips are positioned, the spine is never perfectly straight.

All things aside, the line quality is pretty good though. Are you drawing with a square/chalk brush?
