lol matter of fact, this was my first time drawin gambit....theres a first for everyone. hell even marky brooks took a shot at one, check his stuff out.

This is really solid work. I dont really like his mouth, but that's a style thing - I really like how you've done this piece overall. The stark contrast of it really brings Gambit out.

thanks alot for the comment. when i was planning out this pic, i wasent sure on how to draw him at first, since like u said in the new books, he looks diff, and i havent checked them out yet. so wat i did was go wit the long hair but tied up (like he had it once in the fox series and a couple of issues in the past) and juss added a simple shirt that the ultimate xmen wear now but no jacket b/c i hate drawin jackets hehehe. but i was limited to reference pics b/c i was at work at the time so this is wat came out. yea its manga influence b/c i was tryin out the street fighter alpha style (concept art for the game, not the anime style), thanks for noticing. im glad u like this pic and again thanks for commenting, see ya around.
