So, it's been a little while I don't post any of those, I usually opt not to because of my lack of understanding in certain aspects of the anatomy as well as the final rendering, in the end I just want these to be useful to you.

with that said, the result above can be reached with a simple airbrush and pressure sensitivity(transfer), you can use a grainy brush for the sketch and use different blend modes to color when you're finished with the major details (I used 2 sets to color(pink), 1 multiply(orange), 1 Overlay (blue).
